hi two faithians. wassup! so anyway, we were at ms netty's kitchen doing the chinese new year decorations. ms netty was frying mushrooms. too bad we did'nt get to try it coz she said it was non-edible. it was just an experiment. ms netty dont ever do that AGAIN!!! oh yes, ms netty asked me for the butter fried rice recipe. its my speciality. i havent give it to her yet though. so here it is.

ingredients for butter fried rice:

rice
butter the more the better:)
thawed mixed vegetables
sausages sliced or diced or chopped.
salt to taste
pepper to taste
my mom thinks adding garlic ginger paste
gives more flavour and pungency to it. so
u can try adding about 1/2 or 1tsp of it.
1 onion chopped.
few cloves of garlic.
chilli preferably chilli padi (optional)

how to do:
heat the wok. add the butter. let it melt but not burn and evaporate.
add the garlic ginger paste,onion,garlic and chilli. stir fry till fragrant.
add the sausages and vegetables. stir fry again. add more butter if you want.
add in the rice. make sure the rice is covered with the stir fried stuff.
add the salt and pepper at last. adjust the taste.

best eaten hot or warm.
servings depends on the amount of ingredients you use.
